Description:

The purified air goes into the heat exchanger in the fractionating column where it exchange heat with the reflux oxygen, nitrogen and waste nitrogen, then it is throttled to lower column. A small part of air out of purifier goes into the booster side of turbo expander, and the energy needed by the booster is provided by the expander. The boosted air through water cooler goes into heat exchanger, and then extracted from the middle of heat exchanger to the expansion side of turbo expander to expanding work, and then the cryogenic expanded air goes into upper column (or part goes into waste nitrogen pipelines to be rewarmed and blown off). The air is preliminarily separated, and the liquid air drawn from the top of lower column goes into the middle part of upper column through subcooler. Liuqid nitrogen drawn from the top of lower column goes into the top of upper column through subcooler. The air is fully rectified in the upper column, the product oxygen is drawn from the condenser evaporator at the bottom of upper column. The product oxygen rewarmed through heat exchanger is discharged out of fractionating column, then it is sent to the user through pipelines after going into oxygen storage gas bursa and boosted by oxygen compressor. Nitrogen drawn from the top of upper column subcooled through liquid nitrogen/liquid air subcooler and rewarmed through heat exchanger is discharged out of fractionating column, and then after it is buffered with nitrogen tank, and boosted with nitrogen compressor, it is sent to the user through pipelines. Waste nitrogen drawn from the waste nitrogen outlet of upper column is as regeneration gas of purifier after rewarmed in heat exchanger.
